This is a rare, vintage Hex Tray featuring the Distelfink Bird of happiness and good luck. It is a souvenir originally purchased from the Dutchland Farmhouse Restaurant in Smoketown, PA and is still sealed in it's original packaging. The packaging shows the item is from the time when the place was still called Dutchland Farmhouse Restaurant; the name changed to "Good n Plenty" in the early to mid 1980's so this item is from before then.
