Here are the notes on the conditions. We try to cover a lot, but we might not catch everything.

• This section shows normal age-related toning/browning typical of 1940s newsprint.
• An institutional library stamp ("Ohio State University") is visible near the top banner of the front cover.
• There might be a few small tears along the edges, but we have tried to mention anything larger.
  • There is a small tear on the bottom of all the pages (maybe about 1.5 cm). The last couple of pages have a few other similar sized tears on the bottom.
  • Some of the pages might be partially detached from one another on the binding side.
• The printing, particularly the color printing, might sometimes have some streaks through it (caused by the printing press).
• The bottom edge is curled up a bit with a few wear lines along it.
• There is some extra uneven discoloration along the edges of some pages (see photos).
• The pages are normally a little worn/abraded along the centerfold lines where the pages were once folded. This is generally most noticeable on the front and back pages. The pages have been sitting flat for most of their existence. See photos for further details.
• The front and back pages might have a few faint scratch/wear marks that mostly show up when the light catches them right. This might not be the best description, but this might be visible in the photos.
