Lucky Stadium (Mew) — Pokemon Card World Challenge 2000, Hokushin'etsu / Joetsu Regional Promo (Japanese)

One of the rarest regional promos of the old-back era. Lucky Stadium was given only to participants of the official Pokemon Card World Challenge 2000 events in Japan, with a different Pokemon on the artwork for each region. This is the Hokushin'etsu (Joetsu) version with Mew flying above the mountain stadium — illustrated by "Big Mama" Tagawa + CR CG Gangs. Never sold in packs and never printed in English.
