What appears divided may still belong to the same whole.
Baphomet draws from Éliphas Lévi’s iconic nineteenth-century image of the Sabbatic Goat, a figure designed as a symbol of equilibrium, contradiction, and occult philosophy.
Human and animal, masculine and feminine, above and below, the figure unites opposing forces within a single form. The raised and lowered arms bear the words SOLVE and COAGULA—dissolve and coagulate—reflecting the alchemical cycle of breaking apart and bringing together.
A torch burns between the horns as a symbol of illumination, while the pentagram, wings, caduceus, and mirrored gestures turn the figure into a dense visual language of esoteric balance. Lévi connected the image to the Astral Light, making Baphomet an emblem of hidden knowledge, transformation, and the reconciliation of opposites.
Created for the Demonology collection and displayed through the Gallery of the Damned, this vertical wall flag is made for Lost Souls drawn to occult history, alchemy, forbidden philosophy, and symbols whose meaning becomes stranger the longer you look at them. Display Your Morbid Curiosity.
Printed on lightweight knitted polyester, the flag hangs easily from two iron grommets and creates a large vertical statement without the weight of traditional framed art.
Solve what you were. Coagula what you become.
