One of the earliest Pokemon promo cards. Jigglypuff No.039 was given away with the 1996 Japanese guidebook "Sugu Wakaru Pokemon Card no Asobikata", released in the first year of the Pokemon TCG. It was never sold in stores and never printed in English. This is the Non-Glossy printing: the whole card, border included, has a flat matte surface with no gloss coating. LV.12 / HP50, illustrated by Keiji Kinebuchi, with the classic Old Back.
Please see the photos for the condition. They show the full front and the full back of this exact card and are part of the description.
