Keep the motor dry
Detach the motor before washing and never submerge it — clean only the stainless rod. The pan, glass lid and blade are all dishwasher-safe; just take the motor off first.
What’s included
Cooking in a few simple steps
- 1Insert 2 AA batteries (sold separately) into the motor.
- 2Turn the locking pin counter-clockwise to release, then fit the motor and stirring blade onto the pan. Seat it correctly to protect the coating.
- 3Turn the locking pin clockwise to lock it firmly in place.
- 4Center the pan over the burner.
- 5Add your ingredients, then slot the lid groove onto the blade post. Keep ingredients under 800 g.
- 6Flip on the rotation switch on top of the motor. Use medium / medium-high heat or lower.
- 7To drain oil mid-cook, hold both handles, tilt, and pour through the spout. Handles get hot — use mitts.
Before you cook
- Lock the pin clockwise. If it isn’t secured, the blade may spin loose.
- Handles get hot during and right after cooking — always use oven mitts.
- Never touch the pan while it’s running (risk of burns).
- Watch for hot steam escaping from the lid air-hole and the oil spout.
- Never submerge the motor or spray it with water.
- Always switch off the heat and the rotation after use.
- Don’t drag the pan across surfaces — it may scratch them.
- Use a medium burner (≤10 cm) and keep the pan centered. No preheating needed.
