This is a very nice pair of Pinking Shears by Marks # 407B Made in Brazil, with the blades marked K which signifies " Knife Edge" which ensures a sharper professional high precision cut through heavy cloth and multiple layers of fabric. In good condition very little of wear on handles. CUTS very NICE. Only little wear showing on metal, no corrosion or tarnish. Measures 7 1/2" long and 3" wide. This must have for a hobbyist , seamstress , tailor or Crafter.
