Returns Policy
We accept returns in line with eBay return rules and the return period shown on the listing.
Items must be returned unused, unfitted, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Please do not fit, modify, paint, test-install, or alter an item if you intend to return it as unwanted or incorrectly ordered.
Return postage may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
All returned items are checked before refund. Items showing signs of fitting, use, damage, missing parts, tampering, or customer-induced damage may be refused or subject to a deduction.
Our friendly team is here to help. If you have any questions about products, fitment or your order, please Contact Us and we'll get back to you quickly.

Parts must be fitted by a competent person and used only for their intended vehicle/application. We may request photos, diagnostic information, fitting evidence, or an inspection before accepting a warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover labour costs, recovery costs, loss of use, consequential losses, or any costs not agreed by us in advance.
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in line with eBay policy and the item’s warranty terms.
