This is definitely a user made spoke shave using whatever he had in his shop. Never-the-less, it works, takes really nice shavings and leaves a nice smooth surface. The blade back was lapped flat to ensure a great edge. The bevel was hand honed to 10000g. I left the handle as-found except I waxed it twice. I wanted to show its patina. These things go for big bucks online. I have left my price reasonable you can buy it, use it and not put on the wall for display.
