PSA 8 NM-MT Light Dragonite Holo #149 from the Japanese Neo 4 / Neo Destiny set, released in 2001.
The card is professionally graded by PSA with a grade of 8 (NM-MT) and is securely encapsulated in a PSA holder.
Please note that a PSA grade does not mean the card or PSA holder is completely free from minor imperfections. Please review the photos carefully for the condition of the card and holder.
We try our best to show the item’s condition through photos, but please understand that there may be small imperfections we might miss.
As these are pre-owned items, some may have a slight odor or be a bit out of shape.
Also, due to differences in lighting and monitor settings, the actual color may look slightly different from the pictures. Please check the photos carefully before purchasing!
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
For destinations where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is used, applicable customs clearance and import charges are handled through the shipping system.
Please refer to the information shown at checkout and follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, if applicable.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
We do not mark items as gifts or declare lower values on customs forms. Doing so is against international laws.
Taxes and duties collected by eBay or local authorities may not be refundable by the seller.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from refunds.
