I am not sure what this goes to, I recently bought a bag of vintage toys from the 60s-80s containing Gi joe, Star wars, 6 million dollar man and lone ranger loose items and this was in there. The head is in good condition and made of rubber and hand painted, any information willing to share is appreciated.
