An exceptionally colourful and exotic collection of Tannu Tuva stamps from Scott #45 to #70, issued during 1934–1935.

These fascinating stamps display the unusual graphic style for which early Tannu Tuva issues are famous. The designs appear in a remarkable variety of formats, including triangular, diamond-shaped and rectangular stamps, printed in vivid shades of red, blue, green, violet, orange and brown.

The subjects provide a wonderful panorama of traditional Tuvan life:
