-
How do I make sure the bumpers fit my bottom rail?
Measure your blind’s bottom rail and compare it with the listed dimensions before buying. If the rail is smaller than the recommended size, the bumpers may not grip securely and could fall off.
-
What if I received the wrong size or my bumpers didn’t arrive?
While rare, delivery errors can happen. Issues such as missing items or incorrect sizes can be addressed through Amazon’s order support.
-
How do I contact SilentSnap if I have a problem with my order?
Go to Your Orders, select the order, then choose Contact seller to message us directly within Amazon.
-
The oval profile does not fit my blind bottom rail. What should I do?
Some blind brands use a slightly smaller oval profile than the standard 25 mm x 15 mm size, such as certain oval rails from Spotlight. To improve the fit, you can apply a small amount of Blu Tack around the insert area to help secure it more firmly.
