Condition:
Very good used condition for this style and age of seat. The heavy-duty molded seat material remains firmly adhered to the seat pan with no significant separation. These molded seats are frequently found with the seat material separating from the underlying pan as they age, but this one remains well-adhered.

Both armrests are in good used condition and remain pliable. They are not hard, brittle or chalky like many older armrests of this type. Normal cosmetic wear from use is present as shown in the photos.
