Buyer to pay for Shipping and Handling.  I do offer combined shipping + handling savings passed-on to the Buyer.  Please let me know when you are finished purchasing, I will then send a combined S+H invoice.  No problem if paid per individual listing, I will still calculate a combined S+H refund to the Buyer. 

For USA Destinations, after the highest price S+H item purchased, I will discount incremental S+H a minimum of 40%.  

For INTERNATIONAL Destinations, after the highest price S+H item purchased, I will discount incremental S+H a minimum of 25%.  

If I can do better at the Post Office, I will send a further partial refund.  (If the actual S+H savings are less than I estimated, I pay the difference.)

Please note, all International Shipments merchandise purchases must have proper customs declarations.  Therefore, the least expensive shipment is First Class Package International in increments not to exceed approx 8-ounces or 1/2/3/4 pounds.  Incremental international shipping weight tiers tend to hold approximately the following number of sleeved covers: 30, 60, 120, 180, 240.     Where economic on larger quantities or requiring additional insurance, I will also ship Priority Mail International via Envelope or Priority Box.  I only ship to countries complying with EDELCON (Electronic UPS Delivery Confirmation International).  All shipments will have Customs Forms and Tracking.  The Buyer pays all import Customs, VAT, Fees, Duties.  Sorry about this, but shipping Internationally is becoming more challenging and exorbitant.  The covers weights / sizes / possible inserts all vary.  So, this is difficult to automate.  I am happy for you to message me and we can determine how to best fill-out a First Class Package International or Priority Mail International Envelope or Priority Mail International Box.
