An antique Sowerby Blue Milk Glass Trough.  Pressed glass. Signed with Sowerby mark to base. This is pattern 1232 made in 1882. Victorian. The nursery rhyme is Old King Cole.  Very cute posy trough.

5" long x 3 1/4" x 1 3/4".

The trough has hair line indentations when pressed, and over time dirt has ingrained itself.  There are nibbles, flea bites, darker marks and lines. A corner sliver lost. Given its age and use, its pretty good.  Photos show condition.

A cute Victorian scarce piece of glass.
