    Installation Steps：

     

    (1) Loosen lug nuts. Lift car. Remove wheel.

    (2) Remove caliper bolts. Take off caliper. Hang it up — do not pull the brake hose.

    (3) Remove old pads.

    (4) Push caliper piston back with a C-clamp.

    (5) Put in new pads.

    (6) Put caliper back. Tighten bolts.

    (7) Put wheel back on. Lower car. Tighten lug nuts.

    (8) Pump brake pedal until firm.

    (9) Test brakes slowly.

     

     

    NOTES:

     

    (1) Replace in axle pairs. Always replace all four brake pads on the same axle simultaneously. Replacing only one side may cause uneven braking or vehicle pull.

    (2) Use proper support. Never rely solely on a jack. Always use jack stands. As an additional safety measure, place the removed wheel beneath the vehicle frame.

    (3) Pump the brakes before driving. Do not drive immediately after installation. Repeatedly depress the brake pedal until it feels firm and consistent.

    (4) Observe the break-in period. New pads may feel less responsive during the first 200 km (120 miles). Maintain a safe following distance and avoid sudden or hard braking.

    (5) Professional installation is strongly recommended. For your safety, we recommend having the pads installed by a qualified mechanic. If you are uncertain about any step, please seek professional assistance.
