Installation Steps

  1. Remove the front bumper and take out the original headlight assemblies.
  2. Use a heat gun to soften the old sealant around the headlight housing.
  3. Carefully remove the old damaged left and right lens covers.
  4. Clean the housing grooves and remove old sealant residue completely.
  5. Apply new sealant evenly along the housing groove.
  6. Align the new left and right lens covers and press them firmly into position.
  7. Clamp temporarily and allow the sealant to fully cure.
  8. Reinstall the headlight assemblies and test all light functions.

Important Note

Professional installation is highly recommended. This item is only the left and right headlight lens housing covers. It does NOT include bulbs, LED modules, wiring, reflectors or other internal headlight parts. Water leakage may occur if sealing is not done properly. Please verify vehicle fitment before ordering.
