Installation Instructions

Cut to the appropriate size based on specific needs.

Clean the installation surface to ensure it is flat and free of debris.

Position the PU sheet where cushioning or shock absorption is required.

Secure using bolts or adhesives if necessary.

Regularly inspect the PU sheet for wear and replace as needed.

Precautions

⚠️ Maximum temperature resistance is approximately 80°C; avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

⚠️ Avoid contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, and highly polar solvents.

⚠️ For heavy-load applications, a thickness of 15mm or greater is recommended.

⚠️ Prolonged compression may result in permanent deformation; please design the compression level appropriately.
