Operation Method
1. Connect the power supply and air source, turn on the power switch, and wait for 2 seconds until the touch screen is on.
2. Press the cylinder key (the red indicator light will turn green). At this point, the cylinder will extend once. Press it again, and the cylinder will retract. The other cylinders can be operated in a same way.
Note: The cylinders must be in the original position when performing automatic wire loop forming.
3. Adjust other parameters on the touch screen as needed.
4. Place the peeled wire into the processing station and fix it.
5. Tread on the foot switch, and the machine automatically accomplishes the loop forming process.
6. Take out the formed loop and check whether it is qualified.
7. After operation, disconnect the air supply and power supply, and clean the machine thoroughly.
