Installation Steps

  1. Remove the front bumper and take out the original headlight assembly.
  2. Heat the old sealant area to soften it.
  3. Carefully remove the old damaged left lens cover.
  4. Clean the housing groove and remove old sealant residue.
  5. Apply new sealant glue evenly around the housing groove.
  6. Align the new left lens cover and press it firmly into position.
  7. Clamp temporarily and allow the sealant to fully cure.
  8. Reinstall the headlight assembly and test light function.
