The complete e-bike has been certified to meet the safety standards stated for the applicable model, including AS 15194:2016, EN 15194:2017+A1:2023 and/or UL 2849:2022. Please refer to the applicable model's certification documentation for confirmation.
The supplied new battery pack has safety documentation showing compliance with the recognised standards stated for the applicable model, including EN 50604-1:2016+A1:2021, IEC 62133-2:2017 and/or UL 2271:2018.
The supplied charger is designed specifically for the applicable e-bike model and meets the charger safety requirements stated in its documentation, including AS/NZS 60335.2.29 or the relevant AS/NZS 61558 series requirements. It is not marketed as a universal charger.
Relevant certification documents and test reports are available for eBay Australia compliance review.
Always wear an approved helmet and suitable protective equipment. Read the supplied instructions and inspect the brakes, tyres, battery, folding mechanism where applicable, and other essential components before every ride. IPX5 indicates protection against water splashes only; do not submerge the bike or use high-pressure water on electrical components.
Shipping
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
Please pay attention to shipping exclusions and enter the postcode of your delivery address in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Applicable postage and handling fees will be displayed.
Shipping fees include postage and handling fees. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers will be provided via eBay when your order is dispatched.
