Airmail bank cover printed "Bank of Western Samoa" with an "Apia - Western Samoa" imprint. It bears two Samoa stamps: a 34 sene Commonwealth Games weightlifter issue (1982 issue) and a 14 sene breadfruit issue. The cover is typed to Mr. Bernard F. Schulze, P.O. Box 4218, Victoria B.C., Canada. The stamps carry an Apia circular cancellation but no clear four‑digit postmark year is readable
