Large and heavy items are dispatched by courier (DPD), smaller items are usually dispatched via Evri & Royal Mail , recorded/special delivery is EXTRA COST added after purchase. All items require a signature on delivery. In the event that delivery attempts fail or are refused, and the item is returned to us for any reason, the item will only be re-dispatched once a handling and re-posting fee is paid. Such fee will be reflective of business time & postage.
