Australia Import & Biosecurity Notice

The seller and freight provider will prepare the machine for the agreed DDP shipment. Final import arrangements—including the importer of record, GST, tariff treatment, customs entry, biosecurity inspection and any exceptional treatment—must be confirmed for the transaction before dispatch.
  • The machine, crawler tracks, cutting deck, guards, chassis and wooden packaging must be clean and free from soil, seeds, grass, plant material, insects and standing water before shipment.
  • Australian biosecurity authorities may inspect machinery and packaging. Unexpected inspection, cleaning, treatment, storage, re-export or disposal can delay delivery and create extra costs.
  • Wood packaging will be prepared for international shipment; treatment marks and documents must match the final shipment.
  • The Rato petrol engine configuration must have product-emissions certification and labelling acceptable for import and supply in Australia. Do not order the petrol version until the applicable compliance documents have been confirmed.
  • Remote-controller frequency, electrical compatibility and any Australian labelling obligations must be confirmed before shipment.

1-year factory warranty. For verified manufacturing defects, the seller provides remote diagnosis and the required replacement parts under the warranty terms. Lifetime remote technical support is available through eBay Messages.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, blades and consumables, misuse, impact damage, accidents, unauthorised modification, incorrect maintenance or improper operation. Photos, video, serial numbers and diagnostic information may be required.
