Your Order Shows Delivered But You Don’t Have It
If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it, please do the following:

PRODUCT WARRANTY
30 days free returning after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage.
If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
6 months ALL FREE warranty:
Free components, repairing and replacement service with 2-way free shipping can be provided within 6 months after delivery.
7 months to 3 years after delivery:
Free components. Buyer needs to pay shipping fees and reparing fees.
For the lights couldn't be repaired, a whole new light would be send out after charging 50% of the retail price.

Return/Refund
Don't love your new CTLite LED grow light? Before you make the decision to return, feel free to reach out to us by email for a complimentary consultation and we will do our best to help you out with any concerns or questions.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us to get the return label，and we will be pleased to provide you with a full or partial refund based on the product condition when returned to us, and subject to the other terms and conditions.

RETURNABLE ITEMS
Eligibility of the return of planting lights is based on the following criteria:
- Items received in the incorrect model.
- Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
- Product does not have any missing or damaged parts.
- Product must also be in the original packaging.
- Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.
Return Validity
Up to 30 days from the date you received your item. The delivery date will be based on our tracking records.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Packaging
Product/s must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us. (Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.)
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund
Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product and after inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to give a partial refund in cases when the return is not in an unused condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error (If the return is caused by the consumer).
