Postmarked in November 13, 1944
during world war 2 American intelligence services mounted Operation Cornflakes which counterfeited German stamps and either used a deaths head stamp stating failed Reich or fake stamps to be used to deliver mail to Germans containing anti German messages designed the undermine morale.
Very scarce and desirable collectors item.
