Dugena Tank Mechanical Men's Vintage Watch Kal 42 Parat Stainless Steel Germany
Up for sale is a beautiful and authentic vintage Dugena mechanical wristwatch from the 1940s-1950s. This watch features an elegant rectangular tank/tonneau case shape with a classic black military-style Art Deco dial. It has gold-tone hands and a dedicated sub-second dial at the 6 o'clock position. Inside is a highly collectible German manual-wound movement, caliber Kal 42 Parat (produced by Osco). It comes mounted on its original, vintage German-made Expandro stainless steel stretch/flexible expansion bracelet. A wonderful, unpolished addition for vintage watch collectors.
Condition
The watch is in honest, working vintage condition. The mechanical hand-wind movement is running and ticking well. The chrome/nickel-plated case remains completely unpolished and displays honest age-appropriate scratches, wear, and a natural vintage patina. The crystal shows noticeable deep scratches and visible cracks, but it remains intact and has been left original to preserve the authentic history of the piece.
