• What should I do for the first use? What should be paid attention to when using this humidifier?

  Remove the protective foam, or it may cause water leakage. This humidifier comes with a removable tank. To avoid water leak, DO NOT ADD WATER WHILE THE DEVICE IS RUNNING. DO NOT MOVE THE HUMIDIFIER OR WATER TANK WHEN THERE IS WATER IN THE TANK.

• If the humidifier leaks, what should I do?

  Move the silicone stopper inside the water tank up and down to remove any hair or other fibrous debris, and clean the entire tank.

• lf the water tank has water but the low-water icon fashes on the dispiay, what should I do?

  Manually move the silicone stopper inside the tank up and down. and move the float rod on the base unlt up and down.

• What should I do if the device doesn't work?

  Please refer to the user manual for troubleshooting. If your problem is still not solved, please check the information on the box.

• Does the remote control require batteries?

  Yes, a CR2025 button cell battery is included. It lasts for two years. If the battery runs out, you can replace it.
