Large Vintage Wooden Railway Train Set Bundle – BRIO Compatible

Large and varied vintage wooden railway bundle containing a substantial quantity of track, bridges, trains, points, crossings, buildings and scenery.

The pieces use the traditional wooden railway peg-and-hole connection system associated with BRIO and other compatible wooden railway brands.

This is a very good-sized collection with lots of interesting older accessories and should make an excellent expansion set or vintage railway collection.

Included are items such as:

• Large quantity of straight wooden track
• Numerous curved track sections
• Several points / junction track pieces
• Crossroad / crossing sections
• Short adapter and connecting track pieces
• Large raised bridge sections
• Smaller bridge and ramp sections
• Wooden locomotive and multiple carriages / wagons
• Magnetic train couplings
• Railway semaphore / signal accessories
• Lever-operated accessory
• Wooden station / town buildings
• Red-roofed building
• Clock / station feature
• Houses and shop-style buildings
• Wooden trees and scenery pieces
• Pillars / supports
• Coloured wooden blocks and structures
• Numerous additional railway and town accessories

Please refer carefully to all photographs for the exact contents, as everything shown is included.

The set is in good vintage used condition overall with normal marks, rubbing, fading, small scratches and signs of play consistent with age and use. Some pieces have more wear than others.

The wooden track joints and grooves appear generally good from inspection, although with a collection of this size I have not individually assembled every possible track combination.

The train has traditional magnetic couplings.

Brand note: This appears to be a vintage BRIO-style / BRIO-compatible railway collection. As I cannot positively identify every single individual component as genuine BRIO, it is being sold as BRIO compatible rather than claiming every item is BRIO manufactured.

Ideal for:

• Expanding an existing wooden railway
• BRIO-compatible layouts
• Vintage wooden railway collectors
• Replacement track and accessories
• Large imaginative-play railway layouts
