This is a rare 1998 press press autographed seat sprayer card that was never signed or was some sort of sample or excess. Clearly it is not the regular base set because it has the demarcation on the front side of the card for where the player coach is supposed to sign and on the back side it says autograph and what they congratulations message. I don't know how rare these are. I don't know exactly what I'm looking at so I'm just going to start the bidding at $10. If anyone knows anything about this please reach out! Thank you!
