Here is a pre-owned insurance service metal badge or tag to be carried or worn by members to aid in identifying them in case of a medical emergency.  The badge is from the Loyal Protective Assn and is probably intended for wear on suspenders or a belt.  It gives instructions to telegraph the company to identify the member based on the badge number.   It is a highly reflective chrome or steel color and measures about 2 1/2 inches tall. Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
