Drilling the frame was the hardest part, but if you have a good power drill, with sharp new

drill bits you will have no problem, didn't have to take the bumper off, jack the car up or

remove the tires. Once you level the plate front to back, just use the lower bolts to hold it

tight and clamp the rest of the bar to the jeep frame, while you drill. Start off with a pilot

hole first then drill it out, taking your time. Easy install for anyone with basic hand tool

knowledge.
