***SHIPPING***
  • Handling time: The handling time for each order is 10 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Handling time is calculated from the time the buyer completes payment until the order is dispatched.
  • Shipping fee from Vietnam to the US and other countries: Shipping costs generally range from 20$ to 50$ per order, depending on the size, weight, and number of items included in the shipment.
  • +For orders containing one item only: The standard shipping fee is 20$ per order.

    • +For orders containing two or more items: To help minimize your shipping costs, I always offer combined shipping whenever possible. Please follow the instructions below:

    Auction items: I will send you a final combined invoice that includes all the items you have won. I usually send the final invoice within 1-3 days after the auction ends. Please wait for this invoice and make payment based on the final amount shown. Please do not pay for individual items separately before receiving my final combined invoice.

    Fixed-price purchases: Please add all the fixed-price items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Then, go to your cart, where you should see the "Request combined shipping" button. Click this button to send me a combined shipping request. Once I receive your request, I will prepare and send you a final combined invoice, and you can then make payment based on that invoice. (Important: Please complete this process using a laptop or desktop computer, not a mobile phone, and access eBay through ebay.com rather than regional sites such as ebay.it, ebay.fr, etc.)

    • Refund shipping fee: If you have already paid for individual items separately before receiving my combined shipping invoice, I will refund the excess shipping fees after I have completed the shipment. I kindly ask for your patience while the refund is being processed. If you need the refund to be processed sooner, please feel free to send me a reminder.
    • Tracking information: All orders are shipped with a tracking number. After the tracking number has been uploaded, please allow approximately 5-7 days for tracking updates to become visible on the eBay system. In some cases, there may be a delay in the integration of tracking information between the postal service and eBay. If you are still unable to see any tracking updates after this period, please send me a message and I will check the shipment status directly for you.
