Yashica Electro 35 GX Rangefinder Film Camera - Professionally Inspected, CLA'd, Tested Working, With Warranty
This Yashica Electro 35 GX has been professionally inspected and serviced by a specialized used-camera reseller in Japan, with every function individually tested and disclosed. Comes with a DOA (dead-on-arrival) functional warranty from the seller.
Function Test Results (all confirmed working):
- Aperture: Confirmed the aperture size changes correctly with the设定 (setting)
- Shutter: Confirmed shutter speed changes correctly with ambient light (auto-exposure functioning)
- Rangefinder: Confirmed double-image coincidence with no misalignment
- Helicoid (focus ring): Smooth operation with no unevenness
- Exposure meter: Confirmed the top-plate indicator lamp lights up. The red "over" indicator light is very slightly dim, but does not affect practical use
- Self-timer: No issues
- Battery check: Confirmed indicator light functions correctly
- Film advance/rewind: No issues
Lens & Viewfinder:
- Lens interior professionally disassembled and cleaned. Some minor dust remains that could not be fully removed but does not affect photos
- Viewfinder disassembled and cleaned. A slight haze and minor dust remain in areas that could not be fully cleaned, but this is not noticeable when looking through the viewfinder
Light Seals (Foam): Replaced with new material
Cosmetic Condition: Overall a good-condition camera with no major damage - minor scuffs, scratches, and some paint wear are present (see photos). Please note there is corrosion from deteriorated light-seal foam inside the film chamber (not visible from the outside, does not affect the exterior appearance or photo-taking).
Included:
- Genuine Yashica lens cap
Not Included:
- Batteries are NOT included. The original mercury batteries (HM-N) are no longer available, but this camera works correctly using two standard LR44 (or SR44) batteries with a compatible battery adapter (available separately).
Please review all photos carefully before purchasing. What you see is what you will receive - the exact item pictured (not a stock photo) unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of used vintage cameras, all sales are final once received.
