AS IS/USED: Rotary blade lock does not work, Mat strip is used on 3 of the 4 positions, missing 1 foot pad on back. Rotary blade is used and should be replaced.

• Rotary blade allows precise cutting in either direction (Rotary blade is used and may need to be replaced.)

• Cutting arm has a release tab for easy cartridge removal. The rotary blade cartridge detaches from the cutting arm when the release tab is in the down position. 

• Replaceable Mat strip has multiple cutting areas for extended use (1 of 4 is unused, 3 of 4 are heavily used)

• Gripper feet help prevent slipping. (one is missing)
