New German ZEISS "Little White" 1.25-inch interface astronomical binoculars
This new modified Zeiss "Little White" microscope binoculars are brand new and not second-hand. They are in nearly perfect condition. The eyepiece end has been changed to a 1.25-inch interface, and the effective light aperture has been measured to be approximately 23.5mm. The eyepiece end still retains the 30mm socket of the microscope, and the effective light aperture has been measured to be approximately 24mm. There is a non-metallic elastic retaining ring inside the eyepiece socket, which keeps the eyepiece in place when inserted and avoids it from falling out. Both side eyepiece tubes have a diopter screw adjustment function, which is very convenient to use.
This version of the "Little White" binoculars, except for the incident light port which still uses a beam splitter prism, all other parts (left and right optical paths) have adopted high-precision plane reflectors. The advantage is that it reduces the weight (after improvement, the net weight is approximately 493g, there are some differences, for reference only), avoids the additional chromatic aberration introduced by the prism system, making the entire system more lightweight and efficient, and lower chromatic aberration at high magnification. The binoculars are equipped with front and rear dust covers. For specific details, please refer to the real photos of the product.
