This is a genuine KPM Berlin (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur) plate.

Marks (bottom):

• Red overglaze orb + K.P.M. → factory floral painting mark
• Faint underglaze blue scepter (standard KPM mark)
• Impressed marks: “OK 2” and numbers (typical form/painter codes)

Date range: Late 19th to early 20th century (most likely 1880–1915)

Style: Rococo Revival form with raised gold scrollwork, floral reliefs on the border, and soft hand-painted polychrome flowers (pansies, asters, forget-me-nots, etc.). Small central floral spray.
