Gorgeous light beige porcelain Imari ware lidded canister with scarlet and gold accents, elaborate florals, and peacock design. Great as a candy dish, popular, like the Kutani / Satsuma mid century import work from Japan. Light crazing, no chips or cracks whatsoever. Candy dish, trinkets / jewelry container, I wouldn't use it for food service due to the crazing. Still in excellent vintage condition
