China 1908 Coiling Dragon 2c. green No Wmk, irregular line-perf about 14 on thin, hard paper, engraved by Waterlow & Sons, London, showing the Fat right arabic "2" variety, T82, Chan 129b US$1,000 as used and a later retouched plate wears of the original plate, from the master Die, nearly looking like the T81c, retouch of the broken chinese "TWO", only listed for the 2c. scarlet of 1902, Chan 118b, US$1,600 as used.

There are folds, bends, folded/damaged perfs and postal abrasion marks otherwise no thins nor tears.
