🔎 Condition notes
TO CLEAR : WELL USED
Please study all photos carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.
Please expect general wear from use e.g. to seat, flaps from riders’ legs / stirrup leathers, girth straps and knee blocks.
Flocking condition can vary and remains as received from the previous owner.
Various marks to cantle, pics 12 and 13.
Wear to seat, including edges and front, pic 14.
Debonding between upper leather and lower leather on skirts, looks to be from leather at this position being folded, likely when stirrups crossed over top of the saddle, RHS example in pic 15.
Fading on knee rolls, pic 16.
Significant wear on both flaps where riders leg has sat against girth buckles, likely without girth buckle guards used and they were missing, affects both sides, leather at affected areas is significantly thinnner. I have added a set of guards - buyer needs to use these to reduce further wear in this area, pics 17 and 18.
Girth straps - RHS strap 1, holes 2, 3 and 4, LHS strap 1, holes 1, 3, 4, 6, strap 2 holes 3, 4 and 5, strap 3, hole 6, have splits in the upper bonded layer, approx 1mm deep. Very commonly seen on K&M saddles.
Girth buckle guards were missing, I have a added a used set, these have wear on the upper.
Wear / rubs to front edge piping, example in pic 19.
RHS upper flap leather has lots of creases on surface and is softer and less rigid than other leather pieces on the saddle, pic 20.

📦 Trial Period
Trial begins on the day the saddle is delivered (including weekends & bank holidays).
You must notify us by Day 5 if you wish to return the saddle. After this point, the sale is deemed final.
The saddle remains your responsibility throughout the trial period and must be handled with appropriate care.
🚚 Returning the Saddle
The saddle must be scanned in by your chosen carrier no later than Day 6, otherwise late return fees will apply.
Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost.
Any loss or damage during return transit remains the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reputable, fully tracked and insured delivery service.
💸 Fees & Refunds
A £25 trial fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after the saddle has been inspected and its condition confirmed.
Any change in condition may result in deductions based on reduction in resale value.
⏰ Late Return Policy
A £5 per day late fee applies from Day 7 onwards.
If the saddle has not been returned by Day 14, the sale is deemed final.
