Fitting Instructions for Electric Windows with an Anti-Trap Device:

Take caution when handling the wind deflectors, as some edges and corners may be sharp.

Open the window completely and lubricate the milled edge of the deflector with either silicone spray or washing up liquid. Allow it to dry slightly before proceeding.

Remove all of the adhesive tape from the deflector.

Starting with the side mirror end of the window, rest the bottom edge of the deflector on the hard rubber window seal. Note: Placing it inside the soft part of the rubber trim may cause instability and window obstruction.

Push the other end of the deflector into the window channel, gently bending it if necessary.

Use both hands to ease the milled edge of the deflector into the remaining window channel, ensuring it stays between the rubber and the metal frame.

Close the window in small increments, assisting with your hand if needed.
