Pony information

All ponies are given a gentle spa treatment (unless stated), using antibacterial wash & given mane and tail washes (where applicable) with shampoo & conditioner suitable for synthetic hair and no heat used.

We try our best to make note/photos of any significant marks, hair damage etc but may also miss something as majority are in a used/Vintage condition (unless specified) and we judge the condition the best we can.

Postage Information:

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for all items.

Combined shipping should be automatically calculated at checkout. If an overcharge occurs, we will refund upon your order being picked for packaging.

We aim to reuse packaging and each item is carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
