Product description

No shock felt when touched 1. The user needs to improve the fence installation method (ensure proper wire tension, grounding, vegetation clearance). 2. For docile or very cautious animals (e.g., domestic cattle, black bears), a standard fence can provide an effective deterrent. 3. For wild deer, sheep, poultry, etc., a mesh/net fence is required. Additionally, for deer, sturdy fence posts are necessary. 4. For tall animals like horses, use conductive tape/ribbon at least 20mm wide.
Battery drains rapidly 1. Ensure the fence wire is correctly suspended on the insulators and is not touching any other objects. 2. Disconnect the energizer from the fence and test the battery alone. If the battery maintains charge and operates the unit normally for an extended period, inspect the fence installation. Otherwise, contact the seller.
Voltage tester no reading 1. Due to long-distance shipping, the battery's initial charge may be depleted. Have the customer charge it with the AC charger for over 24 hours to activate the battery. 2. The solar panel is **not** a battery and cannot store electricity; it only functions to maintain the battery charge
Charging Tips Before first use, Switch the energizer off, fully charge the internal battery 24 hours using the ACadapter,or 3 full days of direct sunlight using thebuilt-in solar panel.
Problem: No voltage output Solution: 1,Ensure the battery is fully charged 2,Check fence wire connection 3,Verify grounding rod installation
Problem: Battery not charge Solution: 1,Check charger connection 2,Ensure power supply is active 3,Charge for at least 8 hours before first use
