am only able to post via Royal Mail and prefer Tracked 48. If another
courier is chosen by you or Ebay, order will be cancelled and a time
limited option to re-purchase will be given.

IMPORTANT
I
encourage you to view photos on a large screen as these have been
provided as my primary description - any queries, please ask. My
written description is a personal opinion only and I
apologise if knowledge is sometimes vague as many of my listings were
gifts, inherited or bought new or used some years ago.
Normal
wear and tear should be expected on used items - such as slight rubbing
on resin or (cutlery related) light scratches on ceramics and
glasswear.

access Ebay via my computer sporadically between the hours of 7am and
7pm.

I am sorry but, due to the current discrepancy between buyer and seller "offer" prices, I do not accept offers.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES / COMBINED POSTAGE
At
time of listing, Ebay Simple Delivery is having problems combining
postage and correctly allocating tracking, especially if items are paid
for separately. Since Ebay took over the finances regarding postage I
am now not responsible for, or able to, refund overpayments on postage.
Therefore, I strongly suggest you contact me before paying so that I
can create one temporary bulk listing (or more if multiple boxes are
required) showing correct postage cost.
Temporary bulk listing will remain live for 24 hours from the time shown on listing.
Original
listings will not be removed from sale until you have made payment via
the temporary bulk listing, so quick payment would be appreciated so you
do not miss out on an item. I am only able to combine postage for one User ID, even if addressee and postal address is the same.
POSTAGE
Please provide your UK mobile number when paying if you would like Royal Mail tracking alerts.
I only send within the UK and to the address shown on your payment details.
If
delivery is to a safe place or another address, such as
neighbour/relative/friend/work/onward courier, parcel will be left at
your own risk. If you use a UK courier, please understand that my parcel
and its contents become your courier's responsibility once they receive
it - I reserve the right to cancel any fragile order being sent to a UK
courier for onward dispatch.
I post Monday to Friday, usually the day after you pay Ebay if paid before 5pm - weather/courier strike/health/cat permitting.
MISSING PARCEL OR DAMAGED ITEMS - rare, but worth a mention.
If
parcel has not been received and tracking shows it has been delivered,
please immediately contact your delivery office to confirm where it was
left.
If your
parcel hasn’t been delivered after 14 days from expected delivery date,
please contact me to chase your parcel for you. To avoid confusion, as
parcel may still arrive, I would prefer to not send a refund until Royal
Mail has confirmed parcel is lost.
Although
I always pack my parcels safely, if an item arrives damaged please
contact me within 2 days of receipt from Royal Mail. Photographic
evidence of parcel and item would be appreciated so that I can make a
claim.
PARCEL RETURNED TO SELLER UNDELIVERED
If
unopened parcel is returned to me due to recipient not arranging
redelivery, buyer providing incorrect address, etc. I will refund cost
of item, less up to £1 per parcel to cover my packing costs. Although I
would expect Ebay to automatically refund the postage you paid them, I
cannot guarantee how long they will take or even if they will in this
circumstance.
Please ensure that you understand and agree with the above before opting to buy.
