The laptop is working and performs very well, but it has the following known issues:

• Charger is NOT included.
• The laptop is equipped with a touchscreen, but the touch function is NOT working. Windows detects the HID-compliant touchscreen, but the screen does not respond to touch.
• The display glass is cracked, as clearly shown in the photos. Despite the cracks, the LCD itself works normally and produces a very good-quality image.
• There are light signs of use and cosmetic wear on the casing. Please check the photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.

Apart from the above, the laptop has been tested and works very well.

Sound & Display Quality

One of the pleasant things about this laptop is its multimedia experience.

The sound quality is very good, with clear and pleasant audio from the built-in speakers.

Despite the cracked glass, the display itself produces a sharp, vivid and high-quality image and works normally. Video playback looks very good, and the laptop has also been tested with 4K video playback without any problems.

Performance

The laptop is surprisingly responsive and performs very well for its configuration.

It starts and operates smoothly and is suitable for:

During testing, 4K video playback ran smoothly without problems.

The main issues are the cracked display glass and the non-working touchscreen.
