Pony info

All ponies are given a gentle spa treatment (unless stated), using antibacterial wash & given mane and tail washes (where applicable) with shampoo & conditioner suitable for synthetic hair and no heat used.

We try our best to make note/photos of any significant marks, hair damage etc but may also miss something as majority are in a used/Vintage condition (unless specified) and we judge the condition the best we can.

When shipped to you, their hair will wrapped close to the pony, to try and keep the hair from tangling/frizzing in transit , but this can still happen, We also try to reuse as much suitable packaging as We can including bubble wrap, tissue paper and postal boxes.

Postage Info:

We use Royal Mail 48 service for all of our items and only charge the postage cost it costs us to ship,and usually ship out the same day/next day excluding weekends.
