The
FilterTech 3-Stage Cooling Fog Misting Filter Kit is designed to condition water
supply before it reaches cooling fog or misting nozzles.
Water
first passes through a cartridge containing sodium polyphosphate media to help
manage mineral scale. It then passes through a 5 micron polypropylene wound
filter, followed by a 1 micron polypropylene sediment filter for finer particle
capture. This staged configuration helps reduce sediment and mineral
accumulation that may interfere with nozzle flow and spray consistency.
The
system includes three transparent 10-inch PET filter housings with 1/2-inch
threaded connections, allowing the condition of the cartridges to be visually
inspected during routine maintenance. A three-stage steel mounting bracket and
two plastic threaded nipples are included for assembly.
