The Filtertech Metal Mist Nozzle DIY Kit is a pump-assisted
water-misting system for assembling a configurable mist line.
The TR-P-800 pump is listed at DC24V and 1.86A with a 7.5 L/min
open-flow rating. The kit also supplies 10 m of 3/8-inch tubing, 1 m of
1/4-inch tubing, and two ceramic mist nozzles.
Available nozzle-orifice options are
0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6 mm. Confirm the required water pressure,
tubing measurement, and thread standards before selecting a nozzle option or
beginning installation.
Each child listing represents one
selected nozzle-size option and should not be interpreted as a mixed set
containing all six sizes.

diagram and marked water-flow direction when assembling the misting system.

l COMPLETE TWO-NOZZLE MISTING KIT –
Creates a localized fine-water mist for patios, gardens, greenhouses, outdoor
seating areas, and other compatible spaces. Actual spray and cooling effects
vary with pressure, weather, and installation conditions.
l TR-P-800 24V DIAPHRAGM PUMP –
Operates on 24V DC at 1.86A and provides an open-flow capacity of up to 7.5
L/min. Installed flow will vary depending on nozzle size, operating pressure,
tubing length, and system layout.
l SELECTABLE NOZZLE SIZE – Choose
from 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 or 0.6 mm nozzle openings. Water output and spray
performance vary according to the selected nozzle size and available water
pressure.
l BRASS AND CERAMIC NOZZLES –
Includes two 1/4-inch mist nozzle assemblies made with brass and ceramic
components. Each nozzle is approximately 27 mm long with a 9 mm outer diameter.
l FILTRATION AND FLOW CONTROL –
Includes a transparent PET filter housing, polypropylene sediment cartridge,
pressure gauge, low-pressure switch, 24V solenoid valve, check valve, and
needle flow-control valve.
