What is Black Ginger

Black Ginger ( Kaempferia Parviflora ) is a herbal plant from Zingberaceae family group. In MALAYSIA it is known as a Black Ginger. The plant grows in tropical Asia (THAILAND) over the years, it has been widely used as energy booster, tonic drinks but it is also proven to be able to heal and treat various diseases without giving side effect. Black Ginger is the only plant that has an active ingredient METHOXYFLAVONE and rich in BIOFLAVONOIDS.

Product Usage

HOW MANY SEEDS NEED TO TAKE A DAY?

• *1 day - 1 pill* _(if there is no illness, it is to take care of health and disease prevention).
• *2 days - 4 pills* _(1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the evening or take 2 pills in the morning or in the evening, for those who have an illness but it has not reached a serious level).
• *1 day - 4 pills- 6 pills* _(2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening, for chronic diseases, serious level or those who want faster results).

RECOMMENDED TAKING RULES

• The first week or the first 10 days is recommended to eat at least 2 PILL A DAY. Then when it is stable or has started to heal, you can only take 1 PILL 1 DAY.
• If you take 2 PILLS a day, you can eat 1 PILL in the morning, 1 PILL at night if necessary or continue to eat 2PILLS per meal.
  
• Preferably 30 minutes before a heavy meal but can also be taken 30 minutes after a heavy meal
  
• Preferably 30 minutes before OR after taking hospital medicine (spacing intake with other medicines or other supplements if available)
  
• take care of your normal daily diet, but it is advised to control your unhealthy diet and reduce sugary drinks, fizzy drinks and foods that are too greasy as recommended by the doctor
  
• It is recommended to be SWALLOWED with warm water or plain water for better results (medicines are usually not recommended by doctors to take with sugary drinks), can also be dissolved in warm water or plain water (¼ or ½ cup of water)
  
• Practice drinking plain water or warm water as usually recommended by the Doctor, which is 2-3 liters a day to further help the healing process

• 30 minutes before eating any breakfast.
• Or late afternoon, 1 hour before dinner.
  
• Or late at night before bed.
  
• It is best to eat when the stomach is empty, space the food after eating heavy food
